Testmates is operated by Ben Luke Spink, trading as thinkspink. For account help, connection problems, data requests or feedback, contact benlukespink@gmail.com.

Include what you were trying to do, the approximate time and any error reference. Do not email passwords, access tokens, full customer reports or photographs unless we agree a suitable way to receive them.

Connect your account

Public ChatGPT installation is awaiting approval. Invited testers can follow the private beta setup guide.

Disconnect or request deletion

Disconnect Testmates in ChatGPT to stop that connection. Signing out of the Testmates browser session also invalidates its linked connections. Disconnecting does not delete your saved reports or ChatGPT conversation. Email us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your Testmates account data. We will verify that the request is authorised and explain any records that need to be retained.
